Lead RISK ASSESSMENTS

Whole House Visual Inspection / Advisory Consulting - $125/building
Lead Risk Assessments - includes Interior & Exterior Visual Inspections/Examinations & Lead Clearance Test Samplings:
1 to 4 units - $595/unit for 10 test samples
5 to 9 units - $575/unit for 10 test samples
***For larger multi-unit buildings with more than 9 units, please reach out to us for available discounted pricing.
Lead Test Sampling:
Cost each additional sample over 10 samples - $25
***The number of samples taken is at the discretion of the Licensed Risk Assessor. The 10-sample test should cover most units up to three bedrooms. For larger single and multi-family houses with more than three bedrooms, additional samples may be taken at the discretion of the Licensed Risk Assessor. Multi-unit properties of up to 20-units require each unit to be tested.
Pre-testing Cleaning Services (cleaning is required before any testing can be done) - Starting at $35/unit
*Management company is permitted to perform RRP, and prepare and clean the units for risk assessment. Risk Assessors are not permitted to physically move any of the tenants’ personal belongings to gain access to a sample area or to conduct a thorough assessment of the property.
*Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled assessment or any reasons to reschedule the assessment will have a $125 fee.
